DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COMBINE ALL PACKAGES WITH ONE (12 OZ.) CAN OF BEER (ROOM TEMPERATURE). BLEND WELL. POUR BATTER INTO A GREASED LOAF PAN (9X5X4-INCH). POUR 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE OVER TOP OF BATTER. BAKE FOR 55-60 MINUTES, OR UNTIL BREAD BEGINS TO PULL AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN. YIELD ONE LOAF.
NOTE: YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE GINGER ALE OR CLUB SODA FOR THE 12 OZ. (ROOM TEMPERATURE) BEER.
