Keffalas Designs is offering made to order balloon bouquets for Valentines Day while supplies last. To order please select your balloon topper design in the drop down bar. Next select your pick up date by placing the date in the empty customization box. If you select the customizable heart balloon option please also include the message you would like written on the balloon in the box too. We can do simple names or short phrases ie: will you marry me?, Mike Loves Tiffany etc.
